⬅️You can try on and inspect the entire order piece by piece while the delivery person is present. If it is not suitable, you only pay the shipping fees.
⬅️In case of splitting the order, a fee of 10 EGP will be charged for each returned item plus shipping fees.
⬅️Exchanges or returns are only permitted in the presence of the delivery person.

Orders (Cairo and Giza) are delivered within 3 days of order confirmation.
Orders (other governorates) are delivered on Sundays and Mondays or Wednesdays and Thursdays of each week.
